Where and How to Pay Rent

The new location for D&B rental payments is a drop box in a north door in the alley between 310 and 312 S Cavin St.  Payments will no longer be accepted at the Ligonier Liquor Store (100 S. Cavin St.)  See the map below for more information as to the physical location of the new drop box.

Payments must be contained in an envelope with the renter name and full address clearly legible on the outside of the envelope.  Checks are preferred and your canceled check is your receipt of payment.  If cash is used then it is your full responsibility and no receipt will be provided.  Credit cards are not accepted and all rent remains due per the terms of your lease, including late fees.
